We have a graph-learner API in DoWhy that is duplicative of causal-learn and dodiscover and https://github.com/py-why/dowhy/tree/main/dowhy/graph_learners

We should remove the graph-learner to avoid conversion

Issue raised by @priamai in our office hours.
