[Feature request] Add "Enable/Disable full access to SD card for apps"

For some apps, I would like to grant full access to the external SD card, without changing the path to the internal SD card.
Adding similar lists for SD card access, as already present for the path to the internal SD card, could fix apps like the popular FX File Explorer on Marshmallow.
Admittedly, this feature might not be easy to implement, for the benefit it gives :-)

Apart from that, thank you for this great Xposed module. I love that it is open source!
