Episodes are detected as the wrong episode, when clearly showing as the correct episode file.

Describe the bug
Adding season 2 of the anime Bleach, detected perfectly. Then renamed using Medusa to show Bleach (2004).S02E01.ep name.mkv, and now it detects as the first 26 episodes of season 1.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add anime show "Bleach" to your database.
2. Add season 2 files, and nothing else.
3. Rename using Medusa tools.
4. Add new files to series folder (season 1 episode 366, for example)
5. Rescan files to force Medusa to pick up new files
6. See error

Expected behavior
Files should stay where they were originally assigned and renamed using.
