Hello,

I'm using an NXP FRDM board with an on-board debugger with CMSIS-DAP v3
On Windows using Python 3.12 command 'pyocd list' doesn't detect the board (No available debug probes are connected)

Python 3.11 works just fine. On Linux/Mac both version 3.11 and 3.12 are working fine
