Is the PyPI request timeout configurable?

I had a couple of pipeline failures in the past 30 days, and they both failed when uploading my application package to the PyPi repository, with an error like:

Status: Downloaded newer image for ghcr.io/pypa/gh-action-pypi-publish:release-v1
...
urllib3.exceptions.ReadTimeoutError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='upload.pypi.org', port=443): Read timed out. (read timeout=5)

so I wonder if there is an option to configure this timeout in my github workflow to be larger than 5secs? Thank you in advance.

No, it's something that Twine does, and we have no control over. It seems to indicate a network or a service issue. I don't think this is happening often, though.
