Description

JRO is developing South American based geomagnetic indices that should be available on their website by the end of the year

Potential impact

  • Is the feature related to an existing problem? Most K indices have a northern hemisphere bias
  • How critical is this feature to your workflow? Not essential, but potentially important
  • How wide of an impact to you anticipate this enhancement having? Improve hemispheric handling of indices
  • Would this break any existing functionality? No

Potential solution(s)

Add a new instrument once available.
