思路:
只有一层时,只有一种方式,一步。
只有两层是,有两种方式,一步一步,两步。
有三层时,有三种方式,一步一步一步,一步两步,两步一步。
...
3 层时的子问题来自于 2层时的子问题与1层时的子问题。
