Check app-portage/layman compiled with git use flag

Add overlay url to layman.cfg "overlays" section:
https://raw.github.com/qmule/gentoo-overlay/master/overlay.xml -
Fetch and add qmule overlay
layman -f -a qmule -
Install qmule
emerge -av qmule
