How to chance game resolution ?

Im using quadra-1.2.0 (compiled) on Debian Squeeze 32 bit

I would like to be able to change the game resolution, since the game runs at 640x480, and after quitting the game, the resolution is kept. My Desktop has 1024x768, and its annoying restore it to 1024x768.
Is there any way to change resolution ? I've tried running the game with the -nofullscreen option, works windowed of course, but quite small. Thank you very much.
