Currently if you use littlejohn to run aohCalc across the same species for many different experiments the --geotiff argument will only only save for one of the experiments (i.e. you get only a single geotiff for a species-season combination). I think it's a naming problem- it's overwriting each time... @mdales - not urgent. But thought I'd flag it. I can have a look as well.

Yeah, I can append the experiment name to it, which should be easy enough.
In the short term, the work around would be to move the --geotiff parameter into the CSV and just give it a folder name that includes the experiment name there
