Unit tests don't actually work, some eat exceptions of their failure #66

Tests such as JooqTest never successfully connects to the database because of missing -ifNotExists flag on startup, and eats all exceptions thereby testing nothing. Fixing that, and other parts of the tests fail.

In general, all tests need a cleaning pass, as some don't test this plugin as much as random bits of things.
