Related to #53 , but hopefully an easiest fix. When we specify a stream for code.quarkus, we should specify the latest recommended stream, not an alpha. We should also cross-check against platform contents to make sure we're not suggesting a dead link, but that needs quarkusio/registry.quarkus.io#179.

If we work out the preferred extension for the link, we can easily also display it on the details page.

#176 covers the follow-on work once we have a way of knowing what's in what platform.
