Automate regeneration of scaffolded files into test-projects

We need to keep test-projects up to date with the changes we do into AE templates
This could be done by running a sync for all projects and all AEs, then invoking the AEs in each project

It requires:

• ability to use profile preset to automatically select/answer all scaffolding questions
• a root level script which runs the sync command and the invoke one right after
• run tests after the scaffolding took place
• commit changes if no problem is detected

I'd possibly leave the last one as a manual step, just to be sure someone actually checked it out with it's own eyes
