Incorrect signature for TimestampFormatOptions

export type TimestampFormatOptions = (timestamp: Timestamp, short: boolean) => TimestampFormatter;

I believe this line should be:
export type TimestampFormatOptions = (timestamp: Timestamp, short: boolean) => Intl.DateTimeFormatOptions;

but I'm not 100% certain.
