Prevent click inside video frame to play\pause

As of now, the video is played and paused either when clicking the play\pause button and when clicking\tapping anywhere in the video frame.

I'd like a way to only allow clicks\taps on the play\pause button to stop\resume the video.

Usecase:
Using the overlay slot I draw a form over the video, when the user clicks the form fields to input data the video resume.

We are using the extension for quasa v1, we are not on the next branch.
