Create event listeners for key-binding up/down arrow scrolling. Also to 'jump' between fields. Desktop web / Electron

For example:

Up-arrow to scroll ascending values
Down-arrow to scroll descending values
Left-arrow / right-arrow to move between the value object's keys e.g.: (hours, minutes)
