Q-Table slots "first-item"/"last-item" for grid mode

Hi everyone,

I recently tried to put an "Add New" button as first item in a q-table in grid mode by using something like a "first-item" slot. I thought this should be possible as there is a "top-row" slot achieving a similar thing for the table mode. As I did not get it to work, I did a quick research and came across this issue: #6318.

I'd be happy to provide a PR for this feature if it would be greenlighted. I am using a locally built Quasar-framework with the necessary changes in place currently, so there is not much left to do for the PR (hopefully :)). If I shouldn't make a PR, it would be nice if you can give me a hint for a feasable workaround for achieving the desired behaviour.
