The goal of the Project Charter form is to capture as much high-level information about the project as possible. This info can then be passed back to quayside to inform the building of the task tree.

All the questions this form asks can be skipped (except the project name).

Integrating:

  • Team soft-feet is building quayside so the task tree can operate off just a project name. The Charter form will be more data for the prompt to build from.
  • Potential merging issues? Will soft-feet be responsible for merging?

Started adding a few fields on the new-project button. No reason to have a separate module. It would be nice to see a summary of all this information on the projects page.
