When use command ' make qvm'，it prompts me with the following error:

unhandled condition in --disable-debugger mode, quitting
;
; compilation unit aborted
; caught 1 fatal ERROR condition
Makefile:42: recipe for target 'system-index.txt' failed
make: *** [system-index.txt] Error 1
