Add option to test cli/server branches

The test pipeline should support building, installing, and testing branches of both the quipucords cli and server. The test pipeline should be able to pull down a desired branch, build and install it, and then run the camayoc tests against it. This will likely be combined with Issue #145.

Ideally, the branches should be passed as parameters to the pipeline.
