Missing "inactive" packages

Looping through a "current" list of 2,711 "inactive" packages (in Archive but not on CRAN) using cran_package(), I found 3 packages, which appear on the Archive page, but return "Package not found" for both cran_package_history() and cran_package(): c("dseplus", "empiricalBayes", "forecasting")
