Bug: firefox upstream broken manifest v3. #180

Description

Firefox now can use 0.6.9 but not latest reader view because firefox may not support service workers in manifest v3.
Firefox not support service workers for now. And w3c may declaring background scripts.

Steps to reproduce

Use 0.7.3 file Load Temporary Addon.
It is show background.service_worker is currently disabled.
