SRW Toroid Mirror

The Toroidal mirror in Sirepo provides an interface to the SRWLOptMirTor object in the Python interface to SRW in srwlib.py
The orientation of the mirror may be set by entering the Grazing angle, and then autocomputing the normal vector, either for horizontal or vertical orientation, or the normal vector may be entered directly, by selecting "None" in the Auto-compute Vectors menu.
