Just to clarify: For this task, we want to implement enough dynamic memory allocation that we avoid having to modify PARIZ.H and hence recompile Zgoubi.

@dtabell with the new test infrastructure in place, I'll get started on the transition to dynamic memory next.

@dtabell This issue has now been resolved on the develop branch. Shall we close the issue? There is the related pull request #52 for your review in case you'd like to see the commits and merge them into the add-zgoubi-tests branch.
