Project replication not working

There is an issue with the radicle-link protocol which prevents projects from being replicated on the second hop.

This sometimes works: Upstream -> Seed node.
And this doesn't work at all anymore Upstream -> Seed node -> Another Upstream.

The same goes for Org Nodes.

We have worked around this with our own patched seed node and are working on migrating to the next v3 iteration of radicle-link replication, which will hopefully be more reliable and we won't need to rely on workarounds. 🤞
