Update SQLite.DLL etc... plz #160

I tried to use import/export for Demo.WindowsForms but got an error (missing Tiles table) there.

I analyzed the yong created databases and everything was not very fine there.
By updating this file SQLite.dll => to new SQLite.DLL, the problem disappeared by itself.

Please update all * .dll packages sqlite etc...
