I don't know why you put this git up here. This stuff doesn't provide a solution (as far as I can tell, sure correct me if I'm wrong), to build leptonica for VS2015. it's a bunch of half-baked worm-eaten make files that possibly allowed you to build leptonica, once, but it's not a good solution. Plus, it doesn't provide the required dependency libs, or the source code to build them, and the instructions point me to some crusty, moldy old win32-only project that somebody stopped supporting back in 2008.

Come on... if this project isn't useful, remove it.
