Receipt page cuts off abruptly #1

Hi,

I am trying to get this to work, but when I get to the receipt page it cuts off right after the text "Thank you for your order, please click the button below to pay with MobilPay. Total: XXX".

It seems the 'generate_mobilpay_form' method encounters an error before it returns the form HTML, but I'm unsure how to go about testing this further.

Any ideas?
