Higher than max ethereal points can result in a overflow of the mana bar #190

Steps to reproduce:

Have max mana (ideally the minimum amount possible, 46) -1 and go into any fast regen area with the fast regen perk or drink a potion of extra mana.
The bar overflows.

Expected behavior: Same as the food bar. Maybe change the blue to a cyan in the case of temporary extra mana.
