jQuery 3.7.1 released

jQuery 3.7.1 was released in August, 2023, fixing a regression from jQuery 3.6.0. Can we please update the release in this gem as well?

Here at Buk, we are planning to update to Rails 8.0 soon. Along with this update, we plan to use the gem client_side_validations. However, in its latest version, this gem drops compatibility with jQuery versions earlier than 3.7.1.

Could you please help us update jQuery to 3.7.1? Thank you!
