Are you open to a documentation PR that would indicate that

  1. Migrate from Webpacker to jsbundling-rails

can also be done to the shakapacker gem?

If so, I'll put together a PR.

Thanks,

Justin

Hey @justin808. I've asked a couple of years ago about adding Shakapaker in the Rails documentation (back when I wrote my guide about the asset pipeline in the forums), and was informed that the Rails documentation should only mention official Rails gems.

Therefore I don't think a PR here would be accepted.

consider that the webpacker documentation links to shakapacker since the transition

I was not aware of that. I'll reopen the issue and wait for David's input.
