make it possible to change characters per inch and number of lines per page when exporting to text

I have application which requires positional text file with a long string of characters and it only works to import into program if output of Crystal is selected as 18 characters per inch and 0 for non-paginated. If there is a way to use the exported to get this done I haven't seen it, and I was wondering if it could be added.
