Exceed Character Length for CMD #26

Running via CMD, I hit the command line string limitation (as described here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/830473/command-prompt-cmd-exe-command-line-string-limitation)

Is there a fork existing that allows a parameter file rather than direct command line parameters?
