I get a "Failed to load database information." when I try to run it, it is using an oracle database, and I also tried to install the old oracle client (18.3 version) but still the same error ?

...using the Windows ODBC DSN connection details?
Can you show the actual command line that you are using, so that others can attempt to help.

What have you tried to remedy the situation?

The windows version? 32-bit? 64-bit?

What Oracle client you ibstalled? 32-bit? 64-bit?

Screenshots? Video of the steps you used?

Did you try connecting to the database successfully? Like trying to use tnsping databasename or using Oracle SQL developer to connect to the database directly?

Need more details.
