Kafka + Presto configuration

Is it possibile to have a "how-to" guide about configuring Kafka + Presto with Rakam?
The wiki about it (https://github.com/rakam-io/rakam/wiki/Kafka-&-PrestoDB-Backend) isn't exhaustive and I'm not able to set it up.
In another wiki, the configuration guide is cited but link refers to the page itself (https://github.com/rakam-io/rakam/wiki/Core-Concept)

Can someone help me on this?

I have the same issue, When i try to switch store.adapter=postgresql to store.adapter=presto, It seem that a lot of configuration must be modified.
