[vertical-taskbar] Top margin removeable?

Where does this space at the top of the vertical taskbar come from?
And can it be removed somehow?

I believe this much margin would look better:

(same as the side margin of the buttons, 3px on an unscaled windows ui)

It's the same margin that the default, horizontal Win11 taskbar has.

You should be able to customize it with the Windows 11 Taskbar Styler mod. You'll have to figure out the right target and style for that. UWPSpy can help with it.
