Notifications always show

One thing that lots of people do is use applications on full screen. However, notifications don't pop up, even if you have the Customize Windows notifications placement mod set to your secondary monitor with nothing open.

So if someone can make it so notifications always show, potentially if possible while keeping your full-screen application in full screen, then that'll be convenient.

Perhaps the Primary taskbar on secondary monitor mod will help, have you tried it?
