Hvem giver hvilke garantier? Hvordan fungerer fx forvaltning af sikkerheden i OS2-projekterne? Hvem har ansvaret for kode og i et konkret driftsetup?

En senere version af vejledningen bør forholde sig eksplicit til påstanden om sikkerhed gennem obskuritet.
