Actual Behavior

Hello Rancher Team,

I am encountering an issue with Rancher Desktop where it does not start properly and often requires multiple restarts to get it up and running. Here are the details:

Issue: Rancher Desktop fails to start on the first attempt. It either hangs.

Environment:

OS: [Windows 11 64 bit]
Rancher Desktop Version: 1.16.0
Hardware Specs: [ 32 GB RAM, Intel i7 processor]

Please provide guidance or a potential fix for this issue. Please let me know if you need any more information or logs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Rancher Desktop.
2. Wait for the application to load.
3. Restart the application multiple times until it starts working.

Result

Rancher Desktop fails to start on the first attempt. It either hangs.

Expected Behavior

Rancher desktop runs without issue.

Hi! Would you be able to attach your logs to the issue so we can look at it? Ideally enable debug logging before quitting Rancher Desktop and restarting it, so that we get extra logging that might be relevant. Thanks!
