The changelog was not updated since release of terraform provider 4.1. The CHANGELOG.md currently only mentions the features/bugfixes from 03/2024.

Hi @gthieleb, sorry. I am working on release automation to update the changelog, but in the mean time the changelogs are available in the release notes in GitHub: https://github.com/rancher/terraform-provider-rancher2/releases
