Line 149 in d13cbac

sudo apt install -y $VSCODE_DEPS

does not work on ubuntu 24.04; the apt command fails and suggests one run snap
apt vs snap is a tarpit, I know.

pico_setup.sh is only written to run on Raspberry Pi OS. See Chapter 1 of https://datasheets.raspberrypi.com/pico/getting-started-with-pico.pdf
