HAMMER conflicts with the Vehicle Navigation System plugin (VNS). As soon as HAMMER is installed and loaded, VNS is not able to calculate offline routes anymore. VNS dies in an endless loop of trying to calculate a route. VNS starts working again after removing the HAMMER installation and restarting ATAK.

Tested on two android devices with the same outcome.
