I would highly recommend using ytdlnis. Download it from https://github.com/deniscerri/ytdlnis .
Then enter com.deniscerri.ytdl into the "downloader package name" section of the revanced extended setting

Remove PowerTube from string

Due to the fact that PowerTube has not been consistently maintained and occasionally experiences difficulties in downloading videos.

At present, Seal and YTDLnis utilize YT-dlp, resulting in improved output.
