Not sure what you're asking here - if it's how to invoke a Lora within a prompt file, you can do it the same way you would in Auto1111:

<lora_filename:weight>

where lora_filename is the name of the Lora file, and weight is a number (generally 0.1 - 1.5ish, with 1 essentially being standard weighting. Just place this anywhere within a prompt and it should work as long as your Lora file is installed correctly in Auto1111.
