Smart filters last/this month do not include last day of month

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open time tracker en select smart filter this month or last month

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
But what the smart filter probably does is (e.g. July):
01-07-2011 0:00:00 until 31-07-2011 0:00:00 ... while one would expect:
01-07-2011 0:00:00 until 31-07-2011 23:59:59

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?  Intel
or PPC computer?
Time Tracker Version 1.3.13 on Intel MacBook Pro 3,1 with Snow Leopard (OS-X 
10.6)
