Projects Window Lost

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I just turned the app on and the projects were gone?




What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Initially I thought I had lost everything, but then I found the back up file 
full of all my projects. Doesn't matter what I do I can't reset or find the 
projects window. I love the program and want to continue using it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?  Intel

I still haven't been able to fix this.. I can't use the app until it is fixed.
