new feature 1- tracker on the menu bar can open the tracker
new feature 2- right click a project or task would show total accumulated 
project time within a 24-hour day.
new feature 3- Result of feature 2 can be pulled out and float on desktop

clarify feature 1 - the tracker on the menu bar has an added command to open 
the full tracker window
