2013-03-19 Using the HP plotter

I bought the official HP null modem cable from amazon: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000JD3WXK/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

HP 10' Serial RS-232 Cable 25DB25 to DB9 24542G

I ran the self-test by holding P1 and P2 while turning the machine on. It certainly looks like it's working, although I don't have any pens for it or any paper that fits the tray.
