We have a large project which uses jeni, and it has an "incubator" style feature which supports Injector.apply on classes with annotated methods. We could look at moving that feature upstream to this project if there's a need within jeni generally.

Normalize providers at registration time.

All registrations are providers now.

A few checks around providers were relaxed, to allow for provider
factories that are not classes.
