Instructions for building these binaries and set up a similar standalone repository...
First build and install SuperCollider and sc3-plugins on a RPi3 (or RPi2) following the official build instructions for the ScIDE. One can also use an existing sc install assuming all the files are in their default directories.
(
sc3-plugins are built and installed like this...
git clone --recursive https://github.com/supercollider/sc3-plugins.git
cd sc3-plugins
git checkout main
mkdir build && cd build
cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE="Release" -DSUPERNOVA=OFF -DNATIVE=ON -DSC_PATH=../../supercollider/ ..
make -j3
sudo make install
)
mkdir supercolliderStandaloneRPI2 && cd supercolliderStandaloneRPI2
cp /usr/local/bin/sc* .
#this should copy scide, sclang and scsynthcp -r /usr/local/lib/SuperCollider/plugins .
#copies all plugins including sc3-pluginsmkdir -p share/system
cp -r /usr/local/share/SuperCollider/* share/system
#copies help, classes, examples etcmkdir -p share/system/Extensions/SystemOverwrites

Now this directory should contain what is needed to run ScIDE standalone (if started as in the README.md). Copy it to another machine with the same system and try.
My own additional notes for this git repository...
- note which git commit was used in README.md
- note which system image was used in README.md
- copy the files over to laptop...
cd supercolliderStandaloneRPI2
scp [email protected]:supercolliderStandaloneRPI2/sc\* .
rm -rf plugins
scp -r [email protected]:supercolliderStandaloneRPI2/plugins .
rm -rf share
scp -r [email protected]:supercolliderStandaloneRPI2/share .
- and possibly the yaml and desktop files as well if something changed
- make sure there is a binary release for previous version
- git commit and sync
